Vibrate The Time is an accessibility app designed for visually-impaired users. When opened, the app will vibrate the current time in a distinct pattern which is easily recognisable. The strength and duration of the vibrations and pauses can be controlled from the companion Android phone app.
Optionally Vibrate The Time can automatically vibrate the time every 15, 30 or 60 minutes. There is also an option for double-twist-to-activate (this uses more battery, so turn off when no longer needed). To use scheduled vibrations or double-twist-to-activate, Vibrate The Time needs to start from the background and will need permission to 'display over other apps'. This must be enabled manually from the Settings page.
Note for reviewers: the Wear OS app has a completely blank UI. This is deliberate so that the app will remain silent when used with TalkBack, and can therefore be used silently in meetings and in other situations where it is not convenient to have the time spoken by the watch.
